        1. Returns & Exchanges

• We offer easy exchanges within 5 days of delivery.
• We currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

        2. How to Initiate an Exchange?

• Please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving a damaged or wrong product via email at shop.shunee@gmail.com , along with unboxing video and images.

• Once approved, ship the item back to us. (Return shipping is to be borne by the customer)

• After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch your exchanged product or provide store credit.

• Since most pieces are made in limited quantities and often made-to-order, we currently do not offer returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

• In eligible cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note.

        1. Shipping Time

• All orders are shipped within 0 to 7 business days after order confirmation.

• We aim to dispatch faster whenever possible, especially for ready-to-ship items.

        2. Delivery Timeline

• Once shipped, delivery timelines vary between 2 to 6 business days depending on your location.

• We’ll share tracking details with you via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is on its way.

        3. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping across India on prepaid orders.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on selected pin codes with an additional fee (if applicable).

        4. Delays

• Occasionally, there may be delays due to natural calamities, public holidays, or courier service issues.

           We’ll always keep you informed.

        5. Address Accuracy

• Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address and contact number during checkout. SHUNEE is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

        6. International Shipping

• We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on making SHUNEE global soon.
