Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer easy exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

  • We currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  • Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange?

  • Drop us an email at shop.shunee@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for exchange.

  • Once approved, ship the item back to us. (Return shipping is to be borne by the customer)

  • After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch your exchanged product or provide store credit.
