We offer easy exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

We currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate an Exchange?

Drop us an email at shop.shunee@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for exchange.

Once approved, ship the item back to us. (Return shipping is to be borne by the customer)

After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch your exchanged product or provide store credit.
